Any Ideas on what to feed a 9 mnth old?

I need some major HELP!! I am finding myself alittle frusterated and out of ideas on what to feed Tate. I am still feeding him baby food and trying to introduce "real" food. I need ideas on what to feed him for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would greatly appreciate any ideas and suggestions. This whole food thing is definitely alot harder then I thought.

I am horrible at remember what a 9 month old can eat but Brody currently loves the following

Breakfast
Pumpkin Oatmeal (I can give you the ingredient combination if you want to try this)
regular oatmeal
Eggs
Pancakes, plain, blueberry, honey wheat, you name it he likes them
toast
Lunch/Snacks
string cheese ( I don't know if he could eat that yet)
crackers,
PB&J ( can't eat that yet)
cheerios,
Canned mandarin oranges
baked sweet potatoes (I take the skin off and mash them up after I bake them and add some cinnamon and spray butter)I you could try shredding chicken up in that if you think he is old enough for chicken. Brody hated the texture of meats for a while so I would hide it in there so he got his proteins.
Mac and cheese (I stay away from the boxes cause I don't find them very healthy)

Really I just started feeding him what we were eating just broke it up real small and just have him try it. Its worked well for us he'll eat things I never thought he would like broccoli and whole wheat toast. I love it. If you need more ideas let me know.

bananas, yogurt, cheerios, pancakes, any crackers (lucy loves graham crackers, ritz, and club crackers), easy mac (i read your last comment and i know this isn't the healthiest but lucy loves it), cheese (her fav!) spaghetti noodles cut up, and then just whatever you guys are eating but cut up a little smaller :)

my kids have always loved eating canned green beans. they love that they can hold themselves and they are super soft to chew. plus, yay for veggies!!! and i do frozen peas alot too!

mini pasta shells a good alternative to spaghetti because no cutting up for you and they don't choke on the long stringy noodles.

Dole individual fruit packages: diced pears, peaches, etc. I love that you can throw these in your diaper bag to go. That was long, but hope it helps

Spaghettios garrett loves and i feed him cup a noodles and just cut up the noodles and jam on bread. He actually eats anything i eat if I dare let him have it. Loves french fries and baked potatoes. He loves canned green beans too. Any kind of fresh fruit i just cut for him too.

Porter is still struggling on the eating front. But here are a few of his staples: Pancakes (i make mini pancakes and freeze em, then pop a couple in the microwave and he loves them!) canned corn, tiny pieces of apple, toast, mac and cheese (probably a little advanced?) But don't stress, my pediatrician always assures me they eat when they are ready and hungry for it.
Oh and PS I want to come get a pedicure and visit with you guys!

Your little one can eat any veggies that you fix for dinner, just puree them. Mashed bananas are great. Preaches are in season. You can peel them and puree it. Cheerios are great because they kind of dissolve and it teaches them how to chew. It can be frustrating introducing new foods, but don't give up. I'm sure his pediatrician has told you that it can take kids up to 15 exposures of a food to decide if they like it. I give Braylon all types of food and he is a great little eater. Go to ellynsatter.com she is a Dietitian and child nutrition specialist. She has a couple of great books on the subject and makes you feel like you are doing a good job. Hope that helps.

Oh Kaci, you give me way too much credit! Yes, I still have my extensions in, my hair would never, in a million years, look like that on its own. I fear the day I take them out! I freaking miss you so much!! I go through Kaci withdrawls about daily. You sound like you are doing well. I'm trying to get my parents to fly me and Presley out sometime in the near future, so if that happens then lets for sure get together! Love you girlie!

Hey Kacie,Ok so I know this is more difficult than you thought huh,I remember I couldn't wait for Nixon to eat food and then I just wanted to go back to nursing:) but it gets better I promise and of course they end op loving food and later it's so nice to all eat together etc.!With Nixon we started with Earths Best Organic:Rice cereal then when he was good on that we went to Oatmeal and only earth's best veggies as lunch for the first weeks for him to get a taste for them and not fruit! He loved sweet potatoes the best and he even ate the spinache and green beens! Then we started putting the earth's best fruit into his oatmeal and eventually "yo baby" yogurt(have you seen that with whole milk) and bluberries, which he still eats for breakfast today, he loves blueberries! Also he loved frozen organic sweet peas just steamed and later corn on the cob, real sweet potatoes etc. Now he eats wheat pasta with spaghetti sauce, grilled salmon, tuna sandwiches, apples, peaches, grapes, oranges, still sweet potatoes and apple butternut squash(earth's best), "Amy's" soups from good earth and whole wheat toast, string cheese, wheat crust pizza from boboli, and toast with natural peanut butter and agave nectar! Hey do you have my # call me for more suggestions I know this is a marathon:):):) lets do something soon too:)
